從頂尖舞者轉身為企業家夫人，曾馨瑩回顧角色轉換後的心境。她透露，隨著孩子陸續進入青春期，自己愈發重視「相處的態度」而非權威式管教。她刻意創造全家相聚的時光，像是日前安排一家人赴日本滑雪，希望在孩子建立更完整社交圈前，把握難得的家庭共處時刻。

談到教育，她堅守「誠實、尊重、對自己負責」3大核心原則。面對孩子的問題，她會直接點出關鍵，卻不急著給答案，而是保留思考空間，讓孩子理解「家」是可以安心停靠的避風港，而非被審視的審判場。她也反覆提醒孩子，「態度決定高度」，事情可以失敗，但面對自己的態度不能退讓，學會負責才是成長的起點。

外界眼中，曾馨瑩的人生似乎一路順遂、貴人相伴，但她直言自己並非沒有低潮。當感覺跌落谷底時，她選擇的不是強撐，而是先允許自己脆弱，再慢慢找回力量，「一步一步變堅強」。
