現代人長期久坐加上不健康的飲食習慣，容易導致便秘，但你知道要補充什麼食物才有幫助排便嗎？國外有營養師指出，研究發現多吃富含纖維的水果有效緩解便秘，像是梨子、火龍果、奇異果等，還建議吃奇異果可以把果皮清洗乾淨吃下肚。
據《EatingWell》報導，約1/3的美國老年人都會經歷便秘，最主要的原因是攝食纖維及水分攝取不夠，除了這2個問題之外，像是缺乏運動、排便習慣改變、抑制排便慾望、服用藥物等原因都會導致便秘。若想改善，可以多補充富含纖維的水果，避免排便不順。
營養師推薦的5樣水果：
1.梨子
一個正常大小的梨子含有5.5克膳食纖維，是每日所需膳食纖維的20%，且梨子同時含有不溶性纖維與水溶性纖維，前者有助促進腸道蠕動，後者可增加糞便體積。此外，梨子還因為有較高的果糖含量和山梨醇，可達到天然的通便效果。
2.火龍果
一杯量的火龍果含有將近5克的膳食纖維，是每日所需膳食纖維的18%。
