鴻海科技集團今日（10月9日）宣布，輪值執行長楊秋瑾（Kathy Yang）榮登《財富雜誌》（Fortune）「2025 亞洲最具影響力女性」（Most Powerful Women Asia 2025）百大名單，首度入榜即名列第5名，展現其在全球科技製造產業的卓越影響力。
《財富雜誌》評選團隊指出，楊秋瑾以創新策略、跨國經營與永續治理推動鴻海組織升級，成功塑造企業在亞洲商業版圖中的關鍵角色。她不僅代表鴻海的企業女力崛起，也象徵亞洲女性領袖在科技與製造業的突破性成就。
楊秋瑾今年接任鴻海輪值CEO，為集團史上首位女性執行長。她在鴻海服務18年，歷任全球供應鏈、貿易合規與園區營運等關鍵職務，深耕永續發展與組織治理。她強調：「這份榮譽屬於鴻海全體團隊。面對全球供應鏈劇變，我們要用韌性與科技賦能持續成長，並培養更多女性領導者，創造共榮的未來。」
《財富雜誌》亞洲區執行長洪群芳表示，本屆入選者來自24個亞洲市場，涵蓋科技、金融、文化與公共事務領域，體現亞洲女性的影響力與多元性。榜單遴選標準包括企業規模、創新表現、產業貢獻與社會影響力。
根據《財富》資料，今年榜單中共有28位女性來自全球500強企業，另有6位執掌東南亞區域龍頭企業；此外，來自文化、藝術及公部門的12位女性也因社會影響力而獲選，代表亞洲女性領導的新典範。
