（軍聞社記者陳軍均嘉義23日電）共機頻擾臺海空域，空軍監控不停歇，而戰機執行戰備任務，更考驗後勤官兵確保裝備妥善率的執行能量。空軍F-16V戰機週檢以每飛行200小時為單位，以近乎整機拆卸的狀態，進行各種專業項目的週期檢查，而為了充實零件後勤補給，相關採購備料作業也未曾中斷。 　「空戰出英雄，地勤竟全功」，空軍機工長擔負起最重要的任務與目標，就是保障每架戰機能夠順利起飛執行任務、安全返場；空軍四聯隊綜合修補大隊謝士官長表示，F-16每飛行200小時就要進站週檢、標準工時18天，會依各修護專業先召開週檢前會議，確認是否有附加工作、特別檢查、組件定期更換等事項，來決定維修管制的相關細節，專業工作鉅細靡遺，正是確保飛安最穩定的後盾。
