侯鐘堡接著說，常常見到民眾爬樓梯時採取錯誤的姿勢，像是因身體的沉重感而習慣將手壓在膝蓋上面，此舉其實會給膝蓋增加額外的壓力；再加上有時身體的重心又超過腳尖前面，從而增加膝蓋提早退化的風險。
