「嶄露頭角」 女力汽車檢驗員　破除職業性別刻板印象

【記者 王雯玲／高雄 報導】汽車檢驗員在刻板印象裡，經常與男性劃上等號，而在高雄區監理所及所屬轄區民間代檢廠，目前已有4位女性從事汽車檢驗工作，雖然在性別比例上仍為少數，但已漸漸看見女性投入。

目前就職於高雄區監理所的張小姐及恆春監理分站的蔡小姐皆共同表示，從事車輛檢驗工作除了要熟悉法令依據外，最重要的是工作細心、時時保持積極熱情的態度，與性別無關連。只要時時抱持為民服務及為車輛安全把關的心態，一定可以做好本項工作。

高雄區監理所轄管的澎湖地區明興汽車代檢廠負責人睿慈小姐也說，一開始體恤年長父母親之辛勞，大學畢業後即投入學習家業，一路從參加公路人員南訓中心訓練課程，經努力學習已分別取得檢驗員、技工及廢氣檢驗員等證照，目前已順利接手家業，持續落實車輛檢驗，共同為道安盡力，在車輛檢驗工作上獲得滿滿成就感，期待有更多女性朋友能加入檢驗員工作行列。（圖／記者王雯玲翻攝）
